In order to accomplish the critical task of distinguishing our social selves from our inner selves, each of us must embark on a journey of self discovery. We must dive into the deepest depths of ourselves and critically examine every aspect of who we are. We must examine our thoughts and emotions, our fears and insecurities, our beliefs and perspectives, our dreams and desires etc. Ultimately, by engaging in this level of self analysis, not only will we gain deeper understanding of inner selves, we’ll also gain a clearer understanding of our individual purpose, our individual passions and the unique gifts we all possess.
